D.I.C.E. Assessment & Employment Counselling Services is committed to helping people with disabilities meet their need for social belonging through productive participation in society. 

What is D.I.C.E.?

D.I.C.E. (Disability Impact on Career/Employment) is a self-assessment tool designed for people with disabilities of all types to determine how their conditon affects their choice of career and their ability to sustain employment.  

Why D.I.C.E.?

D.I.C.E. Assessment & Employment Counselling Services recognizes the gap created between vocational assessment and job placement when the impact of a person's disability on their career options and work performance is not taken into account, and when the significance of necessary workplace accommodations is not understood. 

D.I.C.E. Assessment & Employment Counselling Services will fill this gap by factoring disability issues into the job placement equation so that a more realistic employment goal can be developed, thereby improving the odds for workplace success.
